[Compiled by Chen Chengliang/Comprehensive Report] Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov delivered a speech at the general debate of the United Nations General Assembly on the 22nd. In addition to accusing the United States of "playing with fire" on the Taiwan issue, he also criticized the West for covering up. Ukraine even called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a "Son of a bit**".

According to the "Washington Post" and other foreign media reports, Lavrov was nearly 90 minutes late at the Security Council meeting that day. In his 20-minute speech, he denied Russia's suspicion of committing war crimes and said: "The responsibility for the war lies with Ukraine. The Ukrainian army killed civilians in the eastern Donbas region." He went on to scold: "The West treats Zelensky well, but he's a son of a bitch."

After Lavrov finished his speech, he left the venue without listening to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.

"Russian diplomats fled as fast as Russian soldiers," Kuleba said. "Russian diplomats directly conspired to incite crimes with lies and conceal the facts of crimes."
