The consequences are still unknown.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai.

Also, according to his information, there were explosions in the barracks of the Russian occupiers in Svatovo and Mankivka, and in Alchevsk a warehouse with ammunition was detonated.

"And it's not all cotton," he added.

Earlier, Gaidai noted that the Russians do not have lists of the population that remained in the occupied cities of the Luhansk region, where the so-called "referendum" is currently taking place, but there is already a turnout of 45%.
