Actor John Cusack tweeted in support of India Jodo Yatra




Jodo Yatra is in a lot of discussion these days.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is leading this yatra.

Hollywood actor John Cusack has now extended his support to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's India Jodo Yatra.

Earlier, he has expressed his support against farmers and the Citizenship Amendment Act.

John Cusack wrote on Twitter in support of Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' on Saturday, "Indian Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi is traveling from Kashmir to Kerala" The user thanked Rahul for his support, to which John Cusack replied, "Yes - solidarity - to all fascists everywhere!"

The 3,500 km long 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' from Kanyakumari to Kashmir will be completed in 150 days.

Which will pass through 12 states during this period.

This journey passing through Kerala will reach Karnataka on 30 September.

Which will be in Karnataka for 21 days before moving north.

This padyatra will cover a distance of 25 km per day.

This journey of Congress is coming out when the election of the new party president is also to be held.

The election of the new Congress president will be held on October 17 and the election results will be declared on October 19.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday confirmed his candidature for the upcoming Congress president election, saying Rahul Gandhi has made it clear that "no member of the Gandhi family" will become the next party chief.

Party MP Shashi Tharoor has also indicated to contest the elections and met Sonia Gandhi on Monday.

He is also known to be quite vocal on global issues on social media.
