One of the freed Ukrainian soldiers, who is in the hospital after being released from Russian captivity, confessed to his girlfriend just in the hospital ward on the third day after

the exchange

.

Now the bride-to-be shared a sensitive video on social media.

The footage shows how the girl is sitting on a hospital bed in the ward, and her beloved defender proposes to her with the words: "... war, Zolochiv. I don't know what was more difficult. Will you marry me?".

During the last words, the warrior got down on one knee and gave his beloved a ring.

The girl answered "yes".

Applause and the words: "Give him flowers" can be heard behind the screen.

The bride herself recently made a sensitive post in which she wrote that her lover kept his word and returned alive.

However, she emphasized that not all defenders were returned during the exchange and each of them should be released.

"My soul, he promised to return and he returned! But, many of our defenders are still in captivity! We do not have the right to remain silent! Everyone must return!", - said in her publication.
