They want to do this because the Russian authorities are interested in spreading hatred among the citizens of Ukraine: when residents of the occupied territories will blame the Armed Forces for the death of their relatives. 

This was reported by the Center of National Resistance. 

The Russians can begin mobilization in the territories of Ukraine occupied after February 24 - Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. 

That is why the Resistance Center has prepared instructions on how to surrender to the Ukrainian military:

• It is necessary to approach the Ukrainian positions with the store unfastened.

  The weapon itself should be slung over the left shoulder with the muzzle down.

• Carefully raise and show empty hands.

• At the same time, it is necessary to show a white coat and obey all commands of the Ukrainian military.

"It is important for the Russians to cause discord in Ukraine, so the enemy command is interested in as many deaths as possible of those mobilized from the occupied territories in order to cause hatred of Ukraine in the relatives of the deceased. That is why the mobilized are sent to hot spots without proper training and equipment," the report says. 

It will be recalled that the Center of the Resistance told how to set fire to the Military Commissariat of the occupiers.
