Relevant committees formed by law have investigated and confirmed that there is sexual harassment or sexual bullying, it is necessary to terminate the contract, or the investigation confirms that the sexual assault is true, or corporal punishment or bullying of students, causing serious physical and mental harm, etc., shall not be admitted. Used as an external athletic coach for schools at all levels below high school.

This regulation takes effect from September 23.

The external sports coaches referred to in this regulation (referred to as external coaches) refer to schools, student parent associations or individual parents who employ (use) themselves, and are not based on the management methods for the appointment of full-time sports coaches in schools at all levels and full-time sports coaches. Guidance and Management Regulations Hire (employ) coaches who actually engage in or assist in sports training related work for school students.

When the school or parent association recruits (uses) an external coach, it shall sign a contract with the external coach; the parent association shall report the signed contract to the school for reference.
