From the very beginning of the mobilization in the Krasnodar region of Russia, representatives of military commissariats began door-to-door visits with immediate delivery of summonses.

This was reported on Saturday, September 24, at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, police checkpoints are set up on the main roads to control the movement of the male population.

Emergency measures during the mobilization of the Ukrainian General Staff are explained by the low motivation and unwillingness of Russian citizens to participate in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

"Mobilized personnel, after a short training in training centers, are planned to be sent to replenish military units that suffered numerous losses during the war on the territory of Ukraine," the message says.

It will be recalled that the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, approved the introduction of amendments to the Criminal Code.

Yes, desertion or non-appearance for military service will be punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
