Russian military commissars

mobilize

men who do not meet the stated criteria.

This is stated in the report of the American Institute for the Study of War.

"Russia's mobilization system is struggling to meet the task set by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and most likely will not be able to create a mobilized reserve force even at the low level that Putin's plans envisioned, unless the Kremlin can quickly address fundamental and systemic problems." — noted in ISW.

Putin and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that the Russian Armed Forces are mobilizing combat-ready reservists to quickly stabilize the front line in Ukraine and regain the initiative on the battlefield.

However, analysts note, messages from military bloggers and social networks indicate that men who do not meet the stated criteria are being drafted in Russia.

We will remind, on September 21, during the morning address to the people, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin,

 announced partial mobilization

throughout the country.

According to the statement of the Russian dictator, reserve military personnel with military specialties and combat experience will be mobilized.
