Yes, Zhdanov noted that in such a case, you can try to go to alternative service or get a certificate from the military medical commission about unfitness for military service, which will allow you to leave Ukraine.

"Go to the military commission, let them refer you to the military medical commission, go through it, and it will give you a medical report. If it says that you are unfit for service in the army, you will be released abroad. Or you have your request to submit to the representative of the military administration and say that you can work in some service organizations, such as the alternative service, and not in combat units. By the way, this will be counted as labor mobilization," Zhdanov gushed.
