New Delhi:

Due to heavy rain in Delhi and NCR for the last two days, the roads have become waterlogged.

A portion of a road collapsed in Delhi on Thursday.

While trees were uprooted in many places and the traffic came to a standstill due to waterlogging.

Delhi Traffic Police has issued guidelines regarding traffic routes for the people of Delhi-NCR for Friday 23rd September.

Delhi Traffic Police has said that the roads have been flooded due to heavy rains, so people should avoid going on these routes.

For this, the police have released the names of the routes, which are as follows...



1. Avoid going on Hanuman Mandir Carriageway from Shanti Van on the route near Hanuman Setu.


2.Libaspur Underpass.


3. Maharani Bagh Taimur Nagar Cut.


3. CDR Chowk, Mehrauli towards Gurugram.


4. Darkness mode towards Vasant Kunj.


5. Under the Nizamuddin bridge.


6. Near Petrol Pump Singhu Border.


7. MB Road towards Sainik Farms Carriageway.



Delhi Traffic Police has advised commuters to avoid traveling on these routes on 23rd September.



The roads of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon are full of water


. Due to the heavy rain overnight, many roads of Delhi-NCR were waterlogged in the morning.

Trains were seen running halfway in Delhi's Cantt area.

Waterlogging was seen on roads due to incessant rains in many parts of Gurugram.

After heavy rains in Noida too, many areas including Sector-39, Sector-60 and Sector-62 were flooded with water.

the next two days The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Delhi for the next two days.

The Meteorological Department said that visibility may be reduced, traffic may be disrupted and there may be damage to unpaved roads and weak houses and structures during this period.
