The delegation of the Department of Training of Military Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, which is on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev.

According to the information provided to APA by the Ministry of Defense, after the guests were given a briefing on the history and activities of the military institute, mutual views were exchanged on the prospects for the development of the military education system.

Then the guests met with the cadets from the Republic of Tajikistan studying at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute, had a conversation with them and were interested in their studies.

As part of the visit program, the delegation got acquainted with the territory of the educational institution, teaching corps, material and technical base, museum, as well as watched the educational process.

At the end mutual gifts were presented.
