Li Jiachao pointed out that during the three-day medical monitoring period, you can go out, but you are not allowed to enter restricted places such as restaurants and bars, and you must also cooperate with nucleic acid testing during the period.

If the test result is still negative after the third day, you can enter and leave the premises freely.

In addition, on the 26th, Hong Kong will also cancel the requirement for inbound passengers to submit a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding, and instead only need to submit a negative result of the rapid screening within 24 hours.

The Hong Kong government will also allow Hong Kong residents who have not completed the vaccination to board and return to Hong Kong, but after returning to Hong Kong, they must obtain a vaccine pass through the current procedures.

There were 5,387 new confirmed cases in Hong Kong today, including 5,231 local and 156 imported cases, and 12 new deaths.
