You do not need a passport

to "vote" at the

"referendum" .

Not only residents of the region with a LPR passport, but also people with a Ukrainian document or a temporary identity card issued in connection with the loss of documents can take part in the vote.

This was announced by the head of Luhansk OVA, Serhii Gaidai.

"It is not clear how many of these certificates will be issued in Luhansk Oblast these days. Only to local residents or some Buryats, too," Gaidai noted.

In addition, you can vote outside of the place of registration.

However, you do not need an absentee ticket for this.

Those willing to participate in the "referendum" will be added to additional lists on the spot.

"The number of participants in this "carousel" is unlimited. The result will be counted," added the head of OVA.

We will remind, the "LDNR" announced that they are ready to hold their "referendums" from September 23 to 27 this year.

During a speech on September 21, dictator Vladimir

Putin said that he supports the holding of pseudo-referendums

He stated that the residents of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions allegedly themselves "expressed a desire to determine their own lives."
