What's more, she also released five commanders of "Azov", who were "sentenced" to the death penalty in the incomplete formation of "DNR".

There is real chaos in Russia now.

Immediately after Putin's announcement of partial mobilization, everyone, even without military experience, began to be rowed on the streets of Russian cities.

Kilometer-long traffic jams formed on the borders with the countries neighboring Russia.

Aeroflot did not let the conscripted passengers who bought airline tickets (and on Thursday morning the Moscow airports were full of people "wanting" to go to war) to board, promising to return the money.

On Thursday, September 22, the Russian mass media and the public reported that the 7th classified clause of Putin's decree actually refers to the mobilization of 1.3 million people, not 300,000 reservists, as Shoigu said, by August 2023.

It is clear that Putin is in agony.

He declared a total war not only against Ukraine and the entire West, declaring that Russia is actually fighting against the USA and NATO, but also against its own people.

Russians are rowed into the military commissars in packs, immediately sent to the front without preparation, like cannon fodder.

People who went to small rallies in various Russian cities on Wednesday, September 21, were packed into cars.

And today the Kremlin confirmed that they are also being issued subpoenas, because it is legal.

Russia has already officially turned into a large concentration camp.

Finland and the Baltic countries closed their borders tightly against the Russians.

Although the vast majority of the population of Russia is against war and mobilization, there is almost no belief in revolution or rebellion there.

However, we have to analyze what Ukraine is preparing for.

Therefore TSN.

ua

collected the opinions of experts on whether Putin will manage to collect at least 300,000 cannon fodder, what he is preparing for next year, and how the West reacts to all this.

Deja vu on February 21

On Tuesday, September 20, when the State Duma hastily approved changes to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provide for up to 15 years in prison for surrender and desertion, and also introduced the terms "mobilization" and "wartime" into the legislative field, Ukrainians had an impression that we all returned on February 21.

Then, four days before the full-scale invasion, Putin officially recognized the so-called "LPR"/"DPR" after the State Duma addressed him accordingly.

In the seventh month of the large-scale war, after the crushing defeat in the Kharkiv region, realizing that the Russian front is crumbling before our eyes, the Kremlin hastily announced fake "referendums" in the occupied parts of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, which should start in Saturday, September 23.

According to the "cunning" plan of the Kremlin, after that these occupied Ukrainian regions should become part of Russia, and then the "protection" of its nuclear arsenal will be extended to them.

Moreover, the Russian Gauleiter declares the "accession" of even those settlements controlled by the Armed Forces.

That is why, for the first time, in his victory speech, Putin threatened to use nuclear weapons with the words "this is not a bluff."

Indeed, Putin has been cornered.

On the one hand, he is pressured by his war party, which wants even more blood, and on the other, by the desire to be reckoned with by world leaders.

After all, as the SCO summit in Samarkand showed, even the leaders of Asian states, whom Russian propaganda called "reliable friends of Russia", openly mock Putin.

The world, although not enough, reacted instantly.

Almost all Western leaders were unanimous: Putin's announcement of mobilization in Russia is an admission of weakness and defeat.

The myth of the second world army no longer exists.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Russia will never win in a nuclear conflict.

British Prime Minister Liz Truss, in a speech at the UN General Assembly, said that Putin's nuclear blackmail will not work, promising to increase military support for Ukraine.

Well, the EU has started preparations for the adoption of the eighth package of sanctions.

Full mobilization

After Putin's "nuclear" speech, where he announced partial mobilization, Russian propagandists began to promote this thesis in every possible way.

They said that only experienced reservists, military personnel in reserve, will go to the front, but not necessarily students or conscripts.

But in fact it turned out the other way around.

In the Russian segment of Telegram, a number of chats appeared, where ordinary Russians began to share photos and videos from the streets of various Russian cities, where everyone who was caught was served with summonses.

They wrote about a case when a summons was issued to a man who was simply standing in a traffic jam, or a father of five children without military experience, and women with a medical education.

For refusal - prison, from where, again, they are immediately taken to war.

The Russian mass media wrote that the classified clause of Putin's decree refers to the mobilization of more than 1 million people by August 2023, and not, as Shoigu said, about 300,000. That is, the mobilization in Russia is not partial, but full, and is simply being enforced as in a concentration camp.

Moreover, soldiers whose contracts expire will not be released from the war either.

Therefore, it is unlikely that they will be able to take the looted washing machines and refrigerators home.

It is clear that with today's motivation of the Russians to fight, and it is simply absent, to talk about 1 million mobilized is just a fantasy.

Even 300,000 is hard to believe.

Because reports are already coming in that those who conditionally came to the Russian military commissariat in the morning are already being sent to meetings in the evening.

But what is there conditionally - so it is.

According to military expert Oleg Zhdanov, the first demobilized will be thrown immediately to the front in all directions: to the right bank of the Dnieper, to Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv.

"The first wave will be the worst for the demobilized - they are actually suicide bombers. No one will train them, they will be thrown in to plug holes. Well, you understand what will happen next, especially in the Russian army, where hazing reigns. The young will be put in the first line of the trenches, and they will bear the biggest losses. The first wave may appear on the front line somewhere in a month, not earlier. And the second wave - not before the new year," Oleg Zhdanov said in an interview with TSN.ua.

The majority of supporters of Putin and his bloody policy preferred to sit on the sofa, watching the genocide of Ukrainians and threats to turn the world into nuclear ash from the screens of their zombies, but by no means take up arms and die on the front lines for the ideas of the deranged Kremlin "Fuhrer".

Russian propaganda says that fake "referendums" and the subsequent annexation of occupied Ukrainian territories should awaken the fighting spirit in Russians.

But it is hard to believe.

And even if Shoigu collects them, Russia will not be able to keep 300,000 demobilized.

In addition, according to the deputy director of the Army, Conversion and Disarmament Center for International Affairs Mykhailo Samus, they will be sent to the front in winter.

And these are winter uniforms, which Russia lacks, logistics and weapons, with which the Kremlin also has problems.

The US response

According to numerous reports from the Russian public, many Russians started receiving subpoenas one and a half to two weeks ago.

Those who are receiving these pieces of paper now say they are backdated.

That is, Putin made the decision to mobilize immediately after the lightning blitzkrieg of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

But the final one - after the humiliating SCO summit in Samarkand.

It is also interesting that what actually preceded this escalation on the part of Washington.

We all remember the unexpected visit of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to Kyiv just before the defeat of the Russians in the Kharkiv region.

Then there was Biden's direct appeal to Putin through an interview about his use of nuclear weapons, where the American president repeated three times: "Don't do it."

But the fact is that from the very beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion on February 24, the United States made a big mistake when, at the level of President Biden, it was constantly emphasized that Washington would not be involved in the war in any way.

"And instead of saying what the US would do, they kept emphasizing what the US would not do. I think that was a mistake. I really hope that the lessons of this mistake will be learned. If we see what Biden's rhetoric is on Taiwan today, it's quite possible that this was actually a lesson from what he said about Ukraine, because for the fourth time he has said that the US will be involved if China attacks Taiwan, despite the fact that there is no legal obligation to defend There is no Taiwan in the US," Alyona Hetmanchuk, director of the New Europe Center, said in an interview with TSN.ua.

Actually, after this "nuclear" speech by Putin, although it is said that it was aimed more at Russians, there was not enough clarity from the USA.

First, the

delineation of hard red lines, what will actually happen if Putin does decide to use tactical nuclear weapons.

And we know that Western intelligence will immediately warn about this.

Secondly,

this speech by Putin was supposed to be an incentive for the White House to finally unblock the supply of tanks, ATACAMS missiles with a range of 300 km, and aircraft to Ukraine.

However, we do not hear this either.

Although it is possible that these types of weapons will be included in the next big package of military aid to Ukraine for $11.7 billion.

Thirdly,

there are no synchronous actions of the US and the EU to strengthen sanctions against Russia.

Yes, the EU announces preparations for the adoption of the 8th package of sanctions.

However, according to the information of the European press, for example, there may be a ban on the import of diamonds and luxury items, which clearly will not affect the Russian military machine.

Perhaps in the West, especially in the USA, they are betting on an internal coup in Russia.

Moreover, the complete closure of borders for Russian tourists, including those who evade the draft, can contribute to this.

According to the Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrid Šimonite, neither Vilnius nor other states are obliged to save the Russians from mobilization, because since 2014 they have decided what position they take in this war.

In particular, the Minister of Defense of Slovakia, Jaroslav Nagy, is sure that the mobilization in Russia will end with the overthrow of Putin.

Thus, despite the chaos in the ranks of Russian propagandists, one general line is already being followed: the exchange of prisoners is a signal of Russia's readiness for negotiations.

In particular, on Thursday, September 22, the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Serhiy Ryabkov, stated that the Kremlin is ready for negotiations with Washington.

However, the West has not yet given an answer to the main question.

If the Kremlin does manage to hold these fake "referendums" and illegally annex Ukrainian territories, and the Armed Forces go on the offensive and begin to retake them, what will happen next?

What preventive steps is the West ready to take to make even Putin's thoughts about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons impossible?

So far, we have heard only ideas from Joe Biden and other Western leaders about the possibility of reforming the UN, expanding the number of permanent (nuclear club countries) and non-permanent members.
