The minister of the country from whose territory Ukraine was bombed believes that his country is not involved in military aggression, but is forced to suffer due to Western sanctions.

Makei said this during his speech at the UN, Belarusian propaganda media write.

The Belarusian minister voiced the narratives of Russian propaganda, saying that "the security of one state cannot be guaranteed while neglecting the interests of another."

At the same time, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus criticized Western sanctions, declaring that his country is not a party to the conflict and forgetting from whose territory missiles are regularly launched across Ukraine.

He also bet on the fact that Ukrainians consider Belarus their enemy, even though the states were conducting economic activities until 2021.

Mackay cynically stated that "Ukrainians are experiencing a tragedy because of the war."

He also accused the West of supplying weapons to Ukraine for the fictitious "neo-Nazis" that the Russian and Belarusian authorities admire.

The Belarusian minister reported that his country sheltered 200,000 Ukrainian refugees, who allegedly come there even from the countries of the European Union.

Makei said that Belarus can become a mediator between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and organize peace talks on its territory.

The Belarusian minister also demands that during these negotiations "the interests of Belarus should also be taken into account."

As a reminder, Russians hiding from mobilization in Belarus will be sent to the Russian Federation.
