The initial version of Kremlin dictator

Putin

's mobilization appeal, which also included nuclear threats, has been changed.

This opinion was expressed by Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in an interview with Radio NV.

"In our opinion, certain processes are already starting in the Russian Kremlin. I want to remind you that when there was an announcement about the evening speech of President Putin and that he would announce some things, it did not happen. And it did not happen precisely because a discussion began there, there not everyone agrees with what Putin proposed in the first version," he believes.

Danilov added that it was precisely because of this that the appeal was postponed until the morning of the next day.

"Was there a correction between evening and morning? Of course there was. Was it big? Of course it was big," said the NSDC secretary.

We will remind that the expert believes that the aggressor

will not succeed in conscripting 300,000 people

, let alone more, the conscripts will not be trained, "they will simply go to the slaughter".
