In Russia, where the country's president Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization on September 21, the first wave will be equal to 40-50 thousand soldiers.

This was announced by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vadym Denysenko, on the air of the national telethon.

According to his information, this mobilization in the Russian Federation "will not mean that tomorrow all 300,000 soldiers will appear on the front lines."

"First of all, they get those who have military specialties, so I think this wave will be 40-50 thousand," Denysenko noted.

He emphasized that Russia will not be able to find equipment and train more fighters to strengthen the front.

Therefore, in this case, it will be "all their unavoidable losses on the territory of Ukraine."
