"Human dependence on air is undeniable.

Our body is quite sensitive to any change in weather.

At the genetic level, people living in different climate zones have the ability to adapt to local climate conditions, regardless of whether the weather is hot or cold.

But when the weather indicators differ significantly from the accepted climate norm, in other words, from the average indicators of weather conditions typical for a certain area and a certain season of the year, the human body reacts in a certain way.

APA reports that Umayra Taghiyeva, head of the National Hydrometeorological Service, said this.

"Our country located in the south is characterized by a lot of hot sunny days.

Even these days, recording 38 degrees in the regions and 33 degrees in the capital is not unusual for September."

The head of the service also noted that the air temperature in the capital has been 6 degrees higher than the climatic norm in recent days.

"Continuous southeasterly air flow causes an increase in relative humidity in the air.

Even the relative humidity varies between 60-80 percent during the day, which is much higher than the norm."

According to U. Taghiyeva, air humidity is one of the main parameters affecting the human body.

At temperatures above 30 degrees, this kind of relative humidity affects the body's heat transfer rate and creates a negative reaction in people's mood.

"Thus, in hot weather, high humidity almost prevents moisture from leaving the surface of the skin, slowing down heat transfer, which causes some discomfort."

The official of the service also said that no serious changes in the weather are expected until September 23, the southeast wind will prevail, but the weather will change starting from September 24.

"You can get weather forecasts, actual weather conditions, monitoring data on air quality from the meteo.az website," said Taghiyeva.
