Human rights activist, director of the Institute of Strategic Research and Security Pavlo Lysyansky exclusively told

Therefore, I think that the world can do something, and they are doing it - they are supplying weapons. But I think that there should be a very powerful diplomatic influence here this week as much as possible . It is necessary that they influence Putin so that this (referendums - ed.) does not happen. Because this is nonsense. It will go down in world history as ambiguous decisions, because to come and occupy the territory: "We are holding a referendum." And you are the occupiers, what a referendum, there are no people there, people have left," he said.

They lived very normally: subsidies from the Russian Federation, negotiations, they split the budgets, they had everything good.
