The State Duma issued yet another delusion that after the "referendums" on the "accession" of the captured territories to Russia, there can be no talk of peace negotiations with Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and the leader of the LDPR, Leonid Slutsky, reports the Russian propaganda agency TASS.

"Speaking of negotiations, unfortunately, cannot be for a long time. The West and the "moving junta in Kyiv" have declared that they are not ready for negotiations," Slutsky said.

It should be noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi previously stated that negotiations with Russia will begin only when the Kremlin withdraws its troops from the territory of Ukraine.

As the President of Ukraine noted, first of all it is necessary for the Russian Federation to leave Ukrainian territories and stop behaving like a terrorist who started a full-scale war against our country.

Then we can talk about diplomacy.

In turn, the adviser to the head of the OP Mykhailo Podolyak said that the head of the Kremlin cannot talk about any conditions regarding negotiations with Ukraine.

Podolyak emphasized that Putin can only talk about the fact that he is ready to withdraw all troops from the territory of our state.
