Today, September 21, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia.

The head of the Russian Federation stated this during an urgent address to the Russians.

The dictator emphasized that, as they say, the "collective West" is fighting against Russia, therefore such a decision is forced.

"It applies only to those who are in the reserve and who served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, have certain military accounting specialties and relevant experience... Mobilization measures in the Russian Federation will begin today," the Russian dictator said.

Earlier, the expert explained why the announcement of general mobilization in Russia would be a significant blow to Putin's regime.
