Liu Meihui, the provost of Taiwan Normal University, explained that the EMI Teaching Resource Center will undertake tasks including "building a cross-school support system", "EMI teacher empowerment training", "EMI cross-school teacher community cooperation", "EMI teaching assistant training" and "EMI teaching assistant training". At present, there are as many as 15 counselors in the team, from different countries and academic fields.
