Gu Zhongliang said that his mother is from Tainan, and he is the son-in-law of Kaohsiung. His mother’s ancestors include pastors and doctors, who serve people in churches and hospitals. Since 2015, the CITIC Charity Foundation has promoted the “Taiwan Dream Project” to integrate with local communities. , to create a dream building base for disadvantaged children. Shi Zhe said that a poll in the past few days showed that Gao City’s social welfare force ranked first in six cities, and its competitiveness ranking has improved significantly from sixth to second. In order to relieve the pressure of taking care of children from disadvantaged families, 65 "Community Care Service Centers for Children and Adolescents from Vulnerable Families" have been set up to take care of more than 1,300 disadvantaged children and children every year, and 18 social welfare centers have been set up to serve 1,320 disadvantaged children and children.
