On the afternoon of September 21, after Putin's morning urgent address, he instructed Shoigu to start implementing the Russian dictator's decree on partial mobilization.

According to him, the mobilization is allegedly being carried out to control the already liberated territories.

Instead, Putin, justifying the announcement of partial mobilization, complained that Russia must take "necessary measures for protection."

"The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation stated the need for timely notification of citizens in conditions of partial mobilization and strengthening countermeasures against provocations. The task of ensuring partial mobilization has been defined for all subjects of the Russian Federation," - write propagandist rossMI.

We will remind, on September 21, during the morning address to the people, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin,

 announced a partial mobilization 

throughout the country from today.

According to the statement of the Russian dictator, reserve military personnel with military specialties and combat experience will be mobilized.

Putin also threatened the West with the use of nuclear weapons.

Earlier, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said that Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin's announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation and plans to illegally annex part of Ukraine are a de facto admission that his so-called 

"special military operation" in Ukraine is failing.
