[Reporter Bao Jianxin / Kaohsiung Report] An artist surnamed Chen, who is engaged in street art creation, pretended to be necessary for the project, approached a female student in uniform to take a photo, took the opportunity to kiss the face, and was asked to pay 1 million yuan. The Kaohsiung High Court ordered him to pay 200,000 yuan in compensation.

At 9:00 pm on March 28, 2019, Chen Nan approached Xiaoxue (pseudonym) near a cinema in Kaohsiung City, falsely claiming that he was going to plan a case and required a group photo and other words.

Xiaoxue then reported to the police that Chen Nan was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment in August by the Kaohsiung High Branch for violating the Sexual Harassment Prevention and Control Law, and a civil compensation of 1 million yuan was attached.

Chen Nan alleges that Xiaoxue looks like a long-haired cartoon character "Sakura Maruko", which does not cause "sexual impulse and intentional sexual harassment" to normal men.

He also said that he had homosexual tendencies and could not have sexually harassed her.

The second-instance collegiate judge investigated and found that Xiaoxue had a lot of evidence, and it was impossible for him to frame Chen Nan with false testimony or false accusations.
