In Russia, general mobilization will most likely not bear fruit.

In the event that it is announced, it will take at least several months to prepare and equip the occupying fighters.

In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, the former commander of the US forces in Europe, an expert of the Washington Center for the Analysis of European Policy, retired US general Ben Hodges said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

"If we assume that the Kremlin will really announce a general mobilization, I doubt that very many people will be able to be involved," the former US general emphasized.

According to him, it will take weeks and even months to equip and prepare mobilized soldiers for war.

However, this does not guarantee that they will not be killed or injured first, since they have no experience and low motivation.

We will remind that the Ukrainian military shot down another Russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Kherson region.
