Police have identified three as accomplices in an online scam.

The operation was carried out by officers from the GDNP and their colleagues from ODMVR - Pleven and Ruse, under the supervision of RP-Pleven, reported the police.

The actions were taken on September 16, the men - aged 26, 21 and 23, all three have criminal convictions, and the oldest - convicted, were arrested on the territory of a large shopping center in Ruse.

According to the initial data, the detainees are complicit in a fraud involving the sale of pellets, realized on August 8.

It was found that the link for the "bargain deal" was made through an advertisement on a trading platform on Facebook, the victim was asked to send a deposit via a quick payment system.

In the course of the work, it became clear that the 26-year-old had posted and advertised for sale at favorable prices firewood, living containers, oil, flour, garage cages, etc., and the other two played the role of collaborators in the scheme.

Procedural actions were carried out - search, search and seizure of 2 cars and a house in Vetovo.

Items related to the criminal activity of the detainees were found and seized.

Work on the case continues under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Pleven.

The 26-year-old was remanded in custody.
