When the alarm is announced, local residents must take essential items and evacuate.

Oleksandr Gusarov, the head of the Pecheneg community, announced this on September 20.  

"There is a possible threat of the enemy destroying the dam of the Pecheneg hydroelectric junction. An emergency situation is possible due to

the catastrophic flooding of the territories downstream

," the statement said.

Husarov called on local residents to listen to the notifications and follow the messages from the authorities.

"In the event of an alarm, it is necessary

to take essential items and move:

residents of Berehova, Kharkivska, Rybnaya, Sosnova and Rybnoy avenues in the town of Pechenyga - to Zinchenko Street (the area of ​​the former eight-year school); residents of Gogolya Street in the village of Kytsivka - to the mountain ( area of ​​the cemetery); to residents of Dyomina Street in the village of Pyatnytskye - to the hill of the village (closer to the forest)," the community leader said in a statement.

We will remind you that on the morning of September 17, the Russian occupiers shelled the Slavyansk TPP.

As a result of the enemy attack, the equipment on the territory of the station was damaged.
