Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has taunted the Modi government.

Patna:

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav once again said on Monday that "all the central investigating agencies CBI (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Income Tax Department will conduct their operations at his residence. You can open your own office.

He has said this after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had sought cancellation of Yadav's bail in the IRCTC scam two days ago. Yadav also claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is now "losing all credibility". is using central agencies to sideline him, as the party "fears of defeat in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections".

When asked about the CBI moving a court in Delhi, Yadav said, "I had given this proposal to the central investigating agencies in the past as well. I am again telling them (CBI, ED and IT) that they I can open my office at home...it will be convenient for them (officials).

I have always cooperated with the CBI. The scam pertains to alleged irregularities in awarding operation contracts of two Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) hotels to a private company.
