Stabilization measures are ongoing in the areas recently liberated from the occupiers.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his traditional video address on the night of September 21.

"On the liberated territories, other facts of Russian atrocities are recorded - people show where the occupiers had torture chambers, where they hid the bodies of the murdered, give evidence about who helped the occupiers," the head of state said.

Zelensky thanked all law enforcement officers who are involved in the exhumation and establishment of the truth about the crimes of the occupiers.

"I thank everyone who helps them. This is a colossal job that is needed for the sake of justice, for the sake of punishing everyone guilty of crimes against Ukrainians," the president concluded.

We will remind you that mass graves were found in the forest in the city of Izyum, in the Kharkiv region,

 more than 400 Ukrainian civilians and soldiers were buried.

There are bodies with signs of torture, there are those who died as a result of rocket attacks.

There are many women and children among them.

On September 16, in de-occupied Izyum, bodies were exhumed in mass burial sites.

Earlier it was reported that a burial of a whole family with small children was found near Izyum.
