The broadcast of the address of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, which was supposed to be shown today, has been postponed to September 21.

Forbes.ru writes about this with reference to its own sources in the Putin Administration.

According to the publication, the broadcast was postponed to show when "the Far East will wake up."

As you know, the maximum time difference between Moscow and its most distant regions is +8-9 hours.

Meanwhile, Russian mass media has already removed the announcement of the broadcast with the address of the President of the Russian Federation, scheduled for today.

Russian propagandists Volodymyr Solovyov and Margarita Sinonyan hinted that the appeal will be shown tomorrow.

"Tomorrow", propagandist Solovyov briefly wrote on social networks.

"Go to bed," added Simonyan.

The Russian publication "Moscow Komsomolets" reports that Putin's spokesman Dmytro Peskov "does not get in touch, although he was bombarded with questions."

Later, rosZMI reported that Putin's address is expected from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Moscow time on September 21.

Meanwhile, the Internet suggests that the Kremlin is still hesitating to make a final decision on mobilization, and the international community and his own entourage are pressuring Putin not to escalate.

We will remind that today the Russian mass media was full of news about the urgent video message of Putin and Shoigu, the possible announcement of partial mobilization in Russia and the annexation of the occupied parts of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The White House said that, according to their data, Putin is probably preparing to announce mobilization in the Russian Federation.
