How To Make Aloo Kulcha At Home:

To make Aloo Kulcha at home, you need flour, refined flour, boiled potatoes, green coriander, green chili, curd, baking soda, oil, sugar, salt, garam masala, chaat masala and red chili powder.

First of all, start by adding salt to the boiled potatoes.

Add red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, green chili and green coriander and mix it.

Mix everything together.

Now take out all purpose flour and flour in a bowl.

Add salt, sugar, baking soda and yogurt to it.

Sprinkle some oil and mix everything together.

Knead the dough by adding water and keep it for 10 minutes.

Now roll the dough and put potato stuffing in it and knead it in the dough.

Roll it flat again.
