US President Joe Biden responded more clearly in an interview about helping Taiwan

US President Joe Biden has said in an interview published on Sunday that US forces will defend Taiwan if China invades Taiwan.

, in a CBC 60 Minutes interview, Biden was asked whether US forces would defend self-ruled Taiwan, which China claims.

To this his answer was- Yes, if there is a truly unprecedented attack, US forces will defend Taiwan.  

When asked asking for more clarity whether he meant that US troops would defend Taiwan from the position of Ukraine if China does infiltrate Taiwan, Biden replied "yes". 

In early August this year, Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan.

After this, a delegation of the US Parliament led by Senator Ed Markey of the Democratic Party visited Taiwan.

Due to this, China was furious and China had surrounded Taiwan and conducted an unprecedented provocative military exercise.
