Nadda on Saturday asked party workers to work together with the poor and downtrodden and further strengthen their relationship with the party.

He called upon the workers to ensure that the schemes of the Narendra Modi government at the Center are implemented properly at the ground level.

Addressing the Basti Sampark Abhiyan in Karol Bagh, Nadda said, 'Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the people are our strength.

We have to connect with all the people including the poor and the oppressed, by working together and for them.

Nadda on Saturday lauded BJP workers for organizing 'Seva Pakhwada' programs at various places across the country on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.

He said that on the occasion of Prime Minister's birthday, blood donation camps were organized and nutrition kits were distributed to the patients suffering from tuberculosis.

Nadda said that he himself has decided to take care of 11 TB patients.

The BJP president said that through the 'Sampark Abhiyan', party workers would visit 70,000 slums across the country ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Referring to various welfare schemes of the Modi government including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana and construction of toilets, Nadda said BJP workers need to visit the slums to see that these How is the implementation of the schemes at the ground level?


He said that a large number of beneficiaries of various welfare schemes of the Modi government belong to the Scheduled Castes.
