At the same time, no Ukrainian citizen has applied for asylum in the last 24 hours, the ministry said in a statement.

According to the cited source, since March 18, 69,064 residence permits have been issued to persons with temporary protection, with 48 of them issued in the last 24 hours.

Currently, the occupancy rate at the Immigration Inspector General's accommodation centers is 45 percent, the Home Office said.

As for the traffic through the border points, in the last 24 hours 28,817 vehicles and 112,406 persons entered Romania, 11,173 of them Ukrainian citizens.
