Nitish said these things in the launch program of Chief Minister Rural Solar Street Light Scheme.
Patna:
Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of Bihar and supreme leader of Janata Dal United, said that if the power at the Center is changed, then provision of special status will be made to all the backward states including Bihar.
In the launch program of Mukhyamantri Gramin Solar Street Light Scheme at Samvad Bhawan in Patna, he said that he and his party have always been demanding special status for Bihar.
Nitish Kumar said that even when the Prime Minister had come to Patna, he had demanded special status for Bihar, but the PM did not do so.
The Chief Minister said that if Bihar had been given special status, the state would have developed further.
Nitish said that his government has always been striving for the development of the state.
Taking a jibe at PM Modi, he said that his government works, not its propaganda.

When the journalists asked him whether a third front or a separate new front, for which the opposition parties are trying to form the government at the center, then Bihar and other backward states can also get the status of a special state?
So on this he clearly said that if the government of Delhi changes, then why not only Bihar, but all backward states will not get special status?
