President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky wrote in his Telegram channel:

"The terrorist country continues to wage war against the civilian population.

This time — missile strikes on hydrotechnical structures and an attempt to flood Kryvyi Rih.

All the occupiers can do is to sow panic, create an emergency situation, try to leave people without light, heat, water and food."

Russian troops fired eight cruise missiles at Kryvyi Rih today.

This was announced by the Deputy Head of the President's Office,

Kiril Tymoshenko.

"Today, Russian troops sent the maximum number of strikes on hydrotechnical structures.

The goal is obvious — an attempt to create an emergency situation.

They don't care if people will be without water or if the city will be in water.

They need our panic, in which it is difficult to make decisions.

That's why we don't panic," said a representative of the President's Office.

According to media reports, the water level in the Ingulets River rose by 2-3 meters as a result of strikes on hydrotechnical structures.

Vladimir Zelensky was born in Kryvyi Rih.
