This time the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

(SCO) meeting

is going to be special.

The leaders of eight SCO member countries will participate in the SCO summit to be held in Uzbekistan on September 15-16.

 Chinese President

Xi Jinping

with Indian Prime Minister

Narendra Modi

, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Pakistan Prime Minister

Shehbaz Sharif

Iran's President Ibrahim Raisi is also included.

This meeting is taking place at a time when there is a dispute between India and China on the Ladakh border.

Putin is embroiled in a Ukraine war.

The new government of Pakistan has been formed.

New Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is attending this meeting.

There is a Taliban government in Afghanistan.

The mutual equations between many countries seem to be changing at the moment.

India's relations with Russia, China and Pakistan have special significance in the SCO meeting.

It has to be seen whether India talks with the top leaders of these three countries or not.

Possibility of bilateral talks between Prime Minister Modi and Xi Jinping?

Recently, the disengagement of the Indo-China armies on the Ladakh border at Gogra Hot Spring has been completed.

Due to this, it is expected that there can be a meeting between Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and President Xi Jinping of China.

The 1993 and 1996 treaties were signed between India and China to restore peace and maintain the status quo on the LAC.

Despite that, China dared to enter Indian territory.

If there is a bilateral dialogue between the two countries, then the discussion on ensuring that such an incident does not happen again will be an important issue.

Because the goal of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is to make progress on economic issues with agreement among the countries of Central Asia.

In such a situation, it remains to be seen whether this bilateral dialogue takes place.

Possibility of bilateral talks between Prime Minister Modi and Vladimir Putin?

India's relations with Russia are well known.

Russia is giving oil to India at concessional rates in the midst of the Ukraine war.

There is talk of more concessions ahead.

India has so far played a neutral role in the Russia-Ukraine war.

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi had several rounds of phone conversations with the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia and India is continuously appealing to solve the problem through peace.

If India has bilateral talks with Russia, then the same synergy can be seen between the two countries.

Possibility of bilateral talks between Prime Minister Modi and Shahbaz Sharif?

As far as Pakistan is concerned, it seems very unlikely.

India has already made it clear that Pakistan must first take steps against terrorism, only then India will hold formal talks with Pakistan.

But here it has to be seen whether there is any informal conversation between India and Pakistan or not.

There is a long preparation for talks between the top leadership of India and Pakistan.

First there are several levels of conversation.

There are talks between the foreign ministers.

After this talks take place between the Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan.

In such a situation, it has to be seen that because all the countries are gathering on one platform, then a full eye will be kept on which countries have bilateral talks apart from the talks of Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
