Although there was hope on Friday that an agreement could be reached to stop the strike and start the new school year, this was not achieved today.

While SBASHK said that the strike in education continues as the government is not ready to fulfill their request, the Minister of Education, Arbërie Nagavci emphasized today that there is only one barricading party, referring to SBASHK.

Nagavci in a post on Facebook writes that the position of the leaders of the SBASHK was that the lesson does not start before the request for 100 euros or for the amount you agree is met.

There is only one barricaded pair.

Our legitimate position is: Let the lesson begin.

Most of the demands of the teachers have been met, we continue the genuine social dialogue.

The position of the leaders of SBASHK: The lesson does not start before you meet our request for 100 euros or for the amount we agree on.

As always until now, even today and at any moment, I am ready for cooperation.

Open to recommendations and constructive criticism.

Willing to work on advancing the position of teachers as well as evaluating and redesigning policies that lead to improved outcomes.

Education is primarily a matter of content and quality.

Every additional hour lost has consequences for children who go to daycares and public schools, for all of us.

So, dear teachers, do not refuse to do the most noble work, that of teaching.

Every day outside the classroom, consciously or not, you become part of the agenda of interest groups that have no common interest with you or with education as a field.

On the contrary, they have contributed to the situation we all have.

Learning is above all.

The strike makes sense when it does not harm the students and the learning process.

In the current situation, it is more blackmail, and in the face of blackmail there is no other way but to stand for anti-blackmail values.
