The fifth shooter involved in the folk singer Sidhu Moolsewala murder case has been arrested by the police.

The information about this has been tweeted by the Punjab Police itself.

A tweet from the official Twitter handle of the DGP of Punjab Police read, "Punjab Police in a joint operation with central agencies and Delhi Police arrested the absconding shooter Deepak Mundi involved in the Sidhu Musewala murder case along with 2 accomplices. arrested together."

Punjab Police said, "A major victory has been achieved in the war against drugs and gangsters on the instructions of CM Bhagwant Mann. Deepak, Kapil Pandit and Rajinder were arrested today by the AGTF team in an intelligence operation on the West Bengal-Nepal border. Deepak was the shooter in the Bolero module. At the same time, Kapil Pandit and Rajinder provided logistics including weapons and whereabouts."
