New Delhi:

The Congress has now retaliated against the remarks on Rahul Gandhi by the Central Government and BJP.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh made a tweet on Saturday, taking a jibe at Amit Shah and PM Modi.

In this tweet, he wrote that those who make flags from Chinese cloth;

whose son refuses to hold the tricolor;

Whose sire wears glasses of Italy;

With what mouth do they comment on the clothes of others?

The rhetoric between Congress and BJP is going on regarding Rahul Gandhi's clothes.

People who make flags out of Chinese cloth;

whose son refuses to hold the tricolor;

Whose sire wears glasses of Italy;

With what mouth do they comment on the clothes of others? #BharatJodoYatra

Controversy continues over party leader cum MP Rahul Gandhi wearing British brand Burberry's T-shirt worth more than 41 thousand during Congress's Bharat Jodo Yatra.

BJP is constantly surrounding the Congress on this issue.

This is because the Congress had similarly called the BJP government at the Center a 'suit-boot wali sarkar', accusing PM Modi of wearing a suit worth lakhs a few years ago.

However, now the opposition has started hitting back at the BJP on the whole issue.

TMC MP Mahua Moitra retaliated and instructed BJP to stay within limits.

He tweeted and said that BJP is advised not to comment on personal clothes and belongings of the opposition.

Remember if we start commenting on watches, pens, shoes, rings and clothes you will regret the day you started this game.
