The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MAShTI), Arbërie Nagavci, today met with representatives of the United Union of Education, Science and Culture (SBAShK), regarding the strike in education, but they have not managed to find solution so that the lesson starts on Monday.

Through a press release, MAShTI has announced that Nagavci has requested that the strike be stopped and classes begin on Monday, but according to them, SBAShK has not accepted the 50 euros allocated by the Government for teachers.

"The minister informed the representatives of SBAShK about the latest measures of the Government for the package of 150 million euros, which also includes teachers, as well as the actions taken by MAShTI in terms of improving the conditions of teachers", the announcement states. for the media.

"Meanwhile, representatives of the Union have said that the 50 euro allowance allocated by the Government is not enough and a solution must be found to fulfill their request for 100 euro".

Further, it is said that Minister Nagavci said that MAShTI are for dialogue and that the Union should reflect on reaching an agreement without using extreme measures.

"Meanwhile, she added that the discussions with SBAShK will continue as before.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation once again called for, from Monday, all teachers to be in schools and to start the regular teaching process".
