A person was found without signs of life on Wednesday night in Prizren.

The police informs that it was initially reported about an injury, where as soon as the police units arrived at the scene, they contacted the witness (the victim's father), who stated that the victim committed suicide.

Initially, it was reported about an injury, where as soon as the police units arrived at the scene, they contacted the witness (the father of the victim) who stated that the Kosovar male victim committed suicide", says the 24-hour police report.

An emergency team reportedly went to the scene and found that the victim's body was without signs of life.

"At the scene, an AK 47 firearm was found and seized, with which it is suspected that the victim committed the act," the report further states.

In relation to the case, the state prosecutor was consulted, by order of which the dead body of the victim was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for autopsy.

The case continues to be investigated as "Suicide".
