During the active summer season, when the traffic was more intense towards the Black Sea and towards the border points with Greece and Turkey, new guardrails were installed in the bank of the emergency lane.

Now the traffic reduction allows to work in the middle dividing strip.

Currently, new restriction systems are being installed from the 66th to the 88th km in the Pazardzhik region and from the 270th km to the 300th km in the Yambol region.

Limitation systems are also installed in sections of the national road network that have undergone current or major repairs.

By the end of next week, it is planned to complete the installation of the restrictive systems on the repaired section of the third-class road III-8434 Krustava - Birkova, on the territory of Pazardzhik district.

The restraint systems are renewed not only when a road section is repaired or damaged in an accident, but also when the available ones do not meet the current norms and standards.

In this regard, to increase traffic safety, the replacement of guardrails of an older type has been commissioned.

At the moment, the installation of new restriction systems is being completed on the first-class road I-6, in the section from the "Vetren" road junction - the city of Burgas.

By the end of the week, the restrictive systems on the third-class road III-488 Sliven - Gradec village are to be replaced.
