Through a post on Facebook, Fetahu wrote that "the contested decision of the Ministry of the Interior has been cancelled".

Regarding this decision, Fadil Kodra, through his lawyer, Faton Fetahu, submitted a criminal complaint against Minister Sveçla to the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Prishtina.
