Police got information that the accused is in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

The Delhi Police, who went to Jharkhand to arrest the accused of rape, had to struggle a lot.

30-40 people from the family of the accused surrounded the Delhi Police team.

According to the police, the accused, posing as a Major in the Army, first raped the constable posted in the CISF on the pretext of marriage and then started blackmailing him.

During this, 28 lakh rupees were also cheated from him.

According to Rajesh Dev, DCP of Crime Branch, the victim had filed a case at Bindapur police station in Delhi in 2021.

He told that he met the accused at the matrimonial site.

He pretended to marry her by pretending to be an army major and kept raping her.

Along with this, his objectionable pictures and videos were also taken. 

Accused Deepak started visiting the woman constable's house and then cheated 28 lakh rupees in the name of getting a job for her brother.

Then started blackmailing him.

In 2021, when the Delhi Police team went to Bihar to arrest the accused, he and his 30-40 companions attacked the Delhi Police.

Meanwhile, Deepak had fled after getting the chance. 

Here, the Delhi court declared the accused a fugitive.

Meanwhile, on September 1, the police got information that the accused is in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

In such a situation, the police reached there, but then the people of the accused surrounded the police and the accused started waving swords to attack the police.

However, this time the Delhi Police called the local police and somehow caught the accused.
