Jharkhand Police has allegedly booked a total of nine people, including BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, MP Nishikant Dubey, his two sons and the Deoghar airport director. But an FIR has been registered in the matter of forcibly taking permission from Air Traffic Control (ATC) for take-off from Deoghar.

This incident happened on August 31.

Deoghar airport does not have facilities for take-off or landing of flights at night, but despite this, the MPs put pressure.

Deoghar airport security in-charge DSP Suman Anan has complained about this. 

In the complaint lodged by the security in-charge, it has been said that on August 31 at 05:25 pm, the MP and other passengers reached Deoghar Airport.

They all went inside the plane and the plane's gate was closed.

After some time the pilot got down after opening the plane's gate and started going towards ATC.

In the ATC control room, the pilot pressed for permission to take off.

After some time both the MPs and other passengers also reached the ATC control room.

They applied pressure and got ATC clearance.   

On September 1, a case was registered at Kunda police station on the complaint of Suman Anan.

It is alleged that other persons including both the BJP MPs entered the ATC room and violated the security norms.

He pressured the officers to take-off.

On the other hand, MP Nishikant Dubey has filed a case against the Deputy Commissioner of Deoghar.

He has tweeted that, "This country runs by law, Delhi Police has registered an FIR against the DC of Deoghar under sections 124b,353,120b,441,448,201,506 and section 2/2 of the Official Secret Act."

In another tweet, Dubey has said, "SP Deoghar Police I have done treason against DC Deoghar, act of criminal murder, obstruction in my work as chairman Deoghar airport, going to security area without the permission of airport director, A letter has been sent to FIR on entry into ATC building without permission.

In Kunda police station, a case has been registered against nine people including both MPs Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and airport director under sections 336, 447 and 448 of IPC. 

The Deputy Commissioner of Deoghar has informed the entire matter in a letter to the Principal Secretary of Jharkhand on September 2.

He has told that after boarding the plane, the pilot came out of the plane and started walking towards ATC.

He has told in the letter that on August 31, the local sunset time was 06.03 pm and air services were to be operated till 05.30 pm.

Nishikant Dubey and others came inside the ATC room.

The security in-charge said that the pilot and passengers were pressurizing for permission to fly.

They were allowed.

Police have registered an FIR against the pilot of the chartered plane, Godda MP Nishikant Dubey, MP Manoj Tiwari, Kanishk Kant Dubey, Mahikant Dubey, Mukesh Pathak, Devta Pandey, Pintu Tiwari and airport director Sandeep Dhingra.
