The evening was attended by the leaders of Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro, Edi Rama, Dimitar Kovacevski and Dritan Abazovic, the head of Turkish diplomacy Mevlut Çavuşoğlu, the chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija and members of the Government of Serbia in the technical mandate of chaired by Prime Minister Ana Brnabič.
