The torrential rain flooded Stoletovo, Hristo Danovo and Bogdan.

Dozens of houses have been flooded, the situation is dire, local residents from the three villages have alerted, "Maritsa" reported.

In the village of Bogdan in Karlovy Vary, heavy rain poured over the village all night, but the real downpour started this morning around 7.00 am.

The rural river has overflowed, dozens of houses are under water, in some it reaches one meter.

People cannot evacuate, the situation is dire.

It is the same in Stolevoto.

The water is already entering the houses in the lower part of the village.

The Stryama River overflowed and flooded the canning factory in the village, said Mayor Miroslav Kolev.
