"I have divided the site into two stages, so that in one the construction works that are urgent to launch the site can be completed, so that it can be operated and safe. In the other part - there is another road to be completed, minor works, so that we can have a guarantee that the builder will complete them," he stated.

"I have made the commitment that, after the builder finishes it in a few days, we will make the acceptance commission - a decision to use and act 16. We work with the construction supervision on a daily basis so that we can collect all the necessary documents," added the acting regional minister.

Shishkov stated that until now the highways in our country have been built piecemeal.

"In the seventh and eighth lot of AM "Hemus" it turned out that the route does not meet the requirements. That is, it turns out that we do not have a route in the middle of this highway. The other part of the connection of the highway is the connection Ruse - checkpoint "Makaza ", there is no planned interchange with AM "Hemus" on the highway from Ruse to Veliko Tarnovo," he explained.
